2. Information From Connected Business Systems
Negivu may allow customers to connect third-party business applications, platforms, APIs, and services.
When a customer authorizes an integration, Negivu may access, receive, process, create, or update information within those systems according to the permissions granted by the customer.

Project and task management systems
Accounting and financial platforms
Marketing platforms
Email and communications systems

Document and file-storage systems
Sales platforms

Current or anticipated integrations and service providers may include services provided by companies such as ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Microsoft, Twilio, Anthropic, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Rocket.net, and other infrastructure, database, hosting, communications, analytics, AI, and business-software providers.
The availability of a particular integration may change over time.
Negivu does not obtain unrestricted access to a connected service merely because an integration exists. Access is subject to the customer’s authorization, the permissions provided by the connected service, Negivu’s own permission and governance controls, and applicable contractual and technical restrictions.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing
Negivu uses artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to provide portions of the Services.
Depending on the features used, AI systems may process customer-provided information and information obtained from authorized connected business systems to:
Analyze business information
Identify patterns and trends
Generate summaries
Produce executive briefings
Identify risks or opportunities
Generate recommendations
Assist with planning
Classify or organize information
Coordinate business activities
Draft content or communications
Support business workflows
Assist with authorized actions
Respond to user requests
Negivu may use third-party artificial intelligence infrastructure and model providers to provide these capabilities.
Such providers may include Anthropic, OpenAI, or other AI technology providers selected by Negivu.
Information submitted to third-party AI providers is governed by our agreements with those providers and the configuration of the applicable services.
Negivu does not sell customer business information to AI providers for advertising purposes.
Where commercially and technically available, Negivu seeks to configure third-party AI services so customer content is processed for providing the requested service and is not used to train general-purpose foundation models without authorization.

4. AI Is Not an Independent Decision Maker
Negivu is designed to assist human decision-making rather than eliminate appropriate human authority.
Depending on a customer’s configuration, Negivu may:
Analyze information
Recommend actions
Prepare proposed actions
Request approval
Perform specifically authorized actions
Monitor the results of authorized actions
Customers are responsible for determining the authority granted to their users, AI executives, integrations, and automated workflows.
Negivu may maintain records of approvals, decisions, system activity, and actions for security, accountability, operational continuity, and auditing purposes.

5. Communications and Text Messaging
Negivu may communicate with users through email, telephone, SMS, MMS, RCS, in-application notifications, or other communication channels where permitted.
We may use Twilio and other communications providers to transmit and manage these communications.
